Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item is shipped.
Because buyers receive access to the files shortly after purchase, digital-download purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download.
We will help resolve problems involving:
- an incorrect file
- a corrupted or unusable file
- a duplicate charge
- a download that cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting
If there is a problem with a digital order, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will first attempt to provide a corrected or replacement file. A refund may be issued when appropriate or when required by law.
Digital files are sold for personal use only unless a product listing specifically states otherwise. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or permit resale, redistribution, sharing, or commercial use.
Physical Made-to-Order Products
Physical products from Backroad Sass Co. may be produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Please review product details, sizing information, and order information carefully before purchasing.
If a physical order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when applicable.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Digital orders generally cannot be canceled after the download has been delivered or made available.
Physical orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
