By visiting or purchasing from Backroad Sass Co., you agree to these Terms of Service and our other published store policies.
Products
Backroad Sass Co. may sell both digital products and physical merchandise. Product listings identify what the customer is purchasing.
Digital products are electronic files. No physical item is included unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
Physical merchandise may be produced on demand and may require production time before shipment.
Digital Product License
Unless a product listing states otherwise, digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use.
You may print purchased artwork for your own personal or household display.
You may not:
- resell or redistribute digital files
- share purchased files with others
- upload files for public distribution
- sell printed copies of the artwork
- sublicense the artwork
- use the artwork on merchandise for resale
- claim Backroad Sass Co. artwork as your own
Copyright and ownership remain with Backroad Sass Co. or the applicable rights holder.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are generally delivered electronically after successful payment.
Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used during checkout and for downloading and storing purchased files.
Physical Fulfillment
Physical products may require production before shipping. Production and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and can be affected by production volume, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or made available for download, except where there is a file or delivery problem that cannot reasonably be corrected, a duplicate charge, or where a refund is required by law.
Physical made-to-order products are subject to the separate physical-product terms described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Backroad Sass Co. name, branding, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in a purchase transfers ownership of those rights unless expressly stated in writing.
Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, images, and other store information accurate.
We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue products when necessary.
Colors may appear differently depending on screens, printers, paper, ink, and printing services.
Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party payment processors, production providers, delivery companies, and other services needed to operate the store and fulfill orders.
Use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our published Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this store or its content for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of intellectual-property rights, unauthorized copying or resale, malicious software, attempts to bypass security, or other activity that interferes with operation of the store.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Backroad Sass Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the store, products, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on the website.
